Empowering Clients on their Recovery Journey

Our dedicated team of caregivers work hand-in-hand with our clients to create a path towards a brighter future.

The Cognilive
Care Team

Our caregivers are specially trained in:

Enrichment

They create a stimulating environment that motivates clients to participate in activities and desired behaviors.

Positive Reinforcement

They use a 10:1 ratio of positive to negative interactions, focusing on praise, encouragement, and social interaction.

Behavioral Support

By acknowledging and rewarding positive behaviors, they help decrease the likelihood of inappropriate attention-seeking actions.

How our caregivers empower clients:

Positive Interactions

They engage with clients every 5 minutes, fostering social skills and reducing withdrawal.

Goal-Oriented Reinforcement

Instead of punishment, they remind clients of their desired rewards to keep them motivated.

Structured Activities

Following a daily schedule with engaging activities minimizes downtime and provides more opportunities for positive reinforcement.

Our caregivers are more than just support staff; they’re partners in the recovery process. With their expertise and unwavering dedication, they help our clients rebuild their lives with confidence and independence.
